After purchasing the company in 2012, Owner & Prospector Dave Chiara, sought to expand his online presence and to increase sales through the website. This is where AJ Creative came in, by building a fresh new eCommerce site.
LAYOUT AND CONTENT APPROACH
The Gold Lab website was built upon a responsive grid to maximize viewing across multiple devices. Because the company sells internationally, translation software was utilized to ensure that all visitors were able to find the information and products they were seeking without needing to speak English.
INTERNATIONAL SALES MADE EASY
Selling products domestically, as well as, internationally means involves many factors. One such is shipping costs which is calculated dynamically based on the number of products ordered and the region to which the products will be shipped.
SPREADING THE WORD
Once the website was launched, we had to let the prospecting community know about their product line. Online and Print Marketing campaigns were created alongside social media accounts for the business. Monthly maintenance and reporting was performed, with progress being tracked to roughly 500% visitor growth over the first year. The Gold Lab continues to partner with us.
